Due to the nature of Gift Cards as digital and physical assets with immediate value, all sales are final once a gift card has been issued or the seal on a physical card has been broken.

4.2 The 30-Day Exception If you have purchased a “Gift card by mail” and it arrives damaged or failed to activate, you have 30 days to contact support@mglsk.com for a replacement.

  • Unused eGift Cards: If an eGift card has not been viewed or redeemed, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping: For physical cards being returned due to defect, mglsk.com will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4.3 Refund Method Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
